Without the session cookie the basket, sign-in and checkout cannot function, so it is exempt from the consent requirement under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR). It contains a random identifier only; no personal data is stored in the cookie itself.
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, icons from Cloudflare's cdnjs, and product photography from Unsplash. These are content requests, not tracking cookies, but the third parties may see your IP address as part of serving the files. See their own policies for details.
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking sp_sess will stop the basket and sign-in from working.
