No minimum. Order a single pack if that is what you need. Delivery is free at £150 ex VAT and over; below that a flat £7.95 ex VAT applies.

No payment is taken online. You submit an order for invoice, then settle by BACS transfer or card on the invoice. Approved trade accounts move to 30-day credit terms.

Open a trade account, place your first orders on proforma, then ask your account manager for credit. Terms are granted subject to status and, where requested, two trade references. Most applications are decided within one working day.

Stocked lines ordered by 3pm on a working day are dispatched the same day and normally arrive the next working day in mainland UK. Remote postcodes can take 1 to 2 extra days. Full details are on the Delivery & Returns page.

Yes, stocked goods within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging, with a returns reference from us first. Bespoke and printed items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Yes. Bespoke sizes, board grades and print are produced at our partner mills in Indonesia and shipped on the next consolidation. Minimum quantities apply and lead times are typically 8 to 10 weeks, so bespoke works best for planned, repeating volume.

Yes. We send samples of any stocked line free of charge to UK trade addresses. Ask via the contact form with the SKU codes you want to try.

We buy directly from audited mills across Java and Sumatra in Indonesia, consolidate full 40ft containers, and clear UK customs ourselves. You always order from stock already landed in our Greater Manchester warehouse.

Every core line has pack, multi-pack and pallet rates. Pallet and container quantities are quoted the same day; call 0161 262 0870 or use the contact form and include your monthly usage.

Compostable mailers are certified to EN 13432, FSC-certified paper and board options are available across the paper lines, and our 30% recycled films are formulated to sit outside the UK Plastic Packaging Tax. Certificates are available on request.
